I have been referred to quest diagnostics for bloodwork. I am leaving a 1 star review because of customer service. I tried to make an appointment online and the site just wouldn't register any information. Then I tried calling to book an appointment and there isnt even a way to speak to a real person. The automated machine is horrible at trying to set up any appointment. They need to revamp their services.

Quest is deaf
Quest overcharged me due to an issue with my insurance. I talked to the insurance and was advised to contact Quest with a message, but there is no way to contact them.
If you call the phone numbers on the bills, an auto response announces a "wait time of over 25 minutes" (!!!). There is no link or place to post a note to Billing online.
Bottom line, you can pay the bill as is, or... pay the bill.

I am extremely disappointed with the…
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through surrounding my recent blood work. I had testing completed through Quest Diagnostics in both June and July, ordered by my primary-care physician at Millennium Medical Care in Herndon.
Despite calling multiple times, visiting the testing location in person, and repeatedly checking my online account, I still have not received my results or a clear explanation for the delay. After the most recent blood draw, I also experienced a negative reaction, which made timely access to my information and prompt follow-up even more important.
From a leadership and customer-service standpoint, this reflects a serious breakdown in communication, accountability, and patient support. Patients should not have to make repeated calls and personal visits simply to obtain their own medical information.
I am asking Quest Diagnostics to review this matter, release my results immediately, explain what caused the delay, and have an appropriate representative contact me directly. Healthcare organizations handle sensitive and time-critical information, and patients deserve responsiveness, transparency, and a reliable process.

There were so naive technicians you have at this particular location. Last time there was a lady and this time gentleman they probe needle twice to find the vessel and ultimately I had to firmly tell them to get me another person to perform the procedure to extract the required blood samples.
This is Bad. I am seriously considering switching to LabCorp
