Went to the Freehold, NJ location with my daughter. If I could give zero stars I would. Over a two hour wait, short staffed and rude. Go any place else if possible!

Those that draw blood are terrible. My auto mechanic would do a better job. On top of that, they close earlier than their posted hours, and they lose important lab results. Go to Labcorp or another indie. You'll be glad you did.

Tonya did a good blood draw on me months ago at Rea Clinic Community Health Center and I'm just now giving this review. She can draw blood causing no pain. I'm not sure how but she can! This may not be the right date ... I was at the doctor though that day. It was near this time I think or after March 22.

This was probably my best ever blood draw experience. The last 5-10yrs it has been quite difficult to draw blood - small veins/hard to find. Some nurses say very quickly let's use the hand, which is quite painful. As soon I walk in, I immediately ask for baby/butterfly needles. At QuestLab, Samantha instantly understood. She was warm, empathetic and professional. She saw no veins in the right arm; checked the left and found a little. She immediately went to get a small heated pad, which she placed for 2-3 seconds to help the veins pop, then put that in my hand. She inserted the needle first time, very quickly and I almost didn't feel it! No pain - wow. She filled 2 bottles in under a minute - wow! I have never seen anything like this before in the UK. I arrived 5mins late for my appointment, due to Miami traffic, but called in advance to let them know. Despite this, they saw me straight away. Results: I ordered many blood tests and even things that can take 5-10 days were returned in 2-3 days. Reporting was beautiful. All in all this was an impeccable experience. I could not ask for anything more.

Staff is incredibly reluctant to do their JOB. Expect sass and grief for orders which they are employed to do.

Waited a long time to speak to a "live" person since their AI bot was useless. The live person asked me to confirm my name, address, date of birth and phone number. The call was dropped on their end before I resolved my situation and I didn't receive a call back from Quest.

FRAUD. Took money no test required a lifetime on phone. Bought test. Scheduled. Test not in system. Quest kept my $ and won’t give test or money back. Like paying for hassle and waiting for eons on the phone? Then quest is for you. Absolutely a money taking “service”
