Funds frozen despite passing their own AML check

Swapped on September 8th, funds frozen immediately. Asked for KYC to get my own money back. I checked my address on multiple AML tools, all show low risk. Even asked Quickex support on Telegram to check it and they confirmed low risk. Funds still blocked. Their KYCnot.me listing guarantees no KYC and no fund blocking if the AML pre-check passes. It passes. Blocked anyway. Been trying to get a refund for almost a week. Emails from my first address were rejected. Getting sent in circles between Telegram and email with no resolution. All I want is a refund to the original sending address. Shouldn't need to hand over my ID for that. $2,000 stuck. Don't use for any amount you're not OK losing.

Dear client, We take compliance and user security seriously, but we need to clarify the facts and timeline regarding this transaction. You stated that you checked your address before the exchange. However, you only submitted this address for an AML check almost 7 days after the transaction was paused. We never promised you a guaranteed No-KYC exchange under all circumstances, and misrepresenting the sequence of events does not bypass standard protocols. The temporary hold was initiated directly by our liquidity partner exchange to clarify transaction details. Institutional liquidity providers use advanced analysis tools that evaluate risk factors beyond what basic retail AML checkers display. To comply with legal standards and unlock the transaction—whether for completion or a refund—the exchange requires a standard KYC check. You have chosen not to provide the requested documentation, which is currently holding up the process. We are actively in touch and have not ignored you. Quick Ethereum to USDT swap

Specifically, when our system detects high-risk markers. Usually, all transactions and standard procedures are processed quickly and within our established timeframes.
