Hi Vivian, we regret to hear that the West Virginia state website is currently under maintenance and has failed to verify your email. We tried our best to provide you with an appointment with the doctor and have submitted your certification to the state. It is really beyond our control if they are not able to process it at this time. After they verify your application and have asked for a payment of $50, they will send a digital card via email. We really hope that it will be resolved soon so you can continue your application with the state. Please let us know if you need further assistance. - QuickMedCards
