⭐ 1/5 — Extremely shady billing experience Avoid QuickWerx. I was charged €24.95 even though BOTH accounts I have with them show that I am on the FREE plan. Their website is showing me €39.95 for the paid plan, so I have absolutely no idea what this €24.95 charge is even supposed to be for. Even worse, I had already BLOCKED QuickWerx as a merchant through Revolut because I did not want them taking any more money. Yet another €24.95 charge still appeared on my card. Another major red flag for me is the Trustpilot rating/badge displayed on their website. The rating presented there appears inflated or inconsistent with what I found when checking Trustpilot directly. It gives visitors a very different impression of the company's reputation. I would strongly recommend checking the actual Trustpilot page yourself rather than relying on the badge displayed on QuickWerx's website. The website and billing system are incredibly confusing and, from my experience, feel extremely deceptive. If you are going to charge someone's card, at the absolute minimum the account should clearly show what subscription they have, how much it costs, and why they are being charged. Instead, my accounts say FREE while money is being taken from my card. I have requested a full refund, cancellation of anything associated with my accounts, and an explanation of exactly what they charged me for. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from this service and checking your bank statements carefully if you have ever entered your card details on their website.

Just a scam. Frictionless start, asks you to add the file, shows you the transcripts but won't let you download or copy anything. When its time to download it gives you the typical create account button with slickly written "We won't ask for a credit card until your trial starts" which is basically as soon as you create the account. And then it asks for a dollar 95. I don't know how it goes afterwards but I am not keen to find out how that goes. If you only have 1 small file and want to get it done easily, just go to turboscribe.ai. At least they give you 3 free transcriptions per day
