First tent lasted a few years, my fault as it got destroyed by high wind storm. Bought 2 more and have had for 3 years and use them about 4 times a year. Need a couple replacement parts and Quictent replaced promptly at no charge.

Quictent has superior customer service and fast shipping, along with excellent products. I am enjoying my greenhouse, it is so useful in growing in my garden plants and is very sturdy, well made quality workmanship and materials.

Had to contact Quictent to get a replacement side panel for our pop up canopy as it had been damaged in a storm. We e-mailed customer service and contacted a Mr./Mrs Green explained what happened and offered to pay for replacement panel. After a couple of e-mails to get the right one it arrived here in about a week " NO CHARGE " THATS RIGHT NO CHARGE. Unbelievable Thank you 😊 We would also like to mention that they have a nice heavy duty quality product not a cheap version. You can do business with them no worries 👍😃

Quality is not good at all. We have purchase cheap tents from menards or harbor freight that is better then this premium tent. Requested return for it and noticed no phone posted to talk to rep in person. The legs comes apart easy and the canary had weak spots that are just waiting for rain.

This tent this size was hard to find. I found a version of it in England but they wouldn't ship to the US. I kept looking and looking on Google images until I found Quictent. Quictent needs better SEO. I haven't set it up yet so I'm not sure of the quality of the product. Ask me in November.

Need to be able to call and speak with someone. I'm unable to read and had to have my kids type this message. Very embarrassing so I would like to talk to someone and save my embarrassment Need leg exstencion for tent because tent isn't tall enough
