The ability to take a practice quiz more than once is now locked behind a paywall, even for students of registered schools. good study tool, but I need the ability to do that so that I can revise my work.

Few years ago it was free and I loved using this site because I need to remember a lot of terms and stuff for school. But after a few years, you have to pay for literally EVERYTHING! I can't even concentrate on focussing on 2 words because the advertisement is jumping everywhere.

We thought we had canceled auto-renew but you have to click the button 3 times. We called right away once it auto renewed but too late.. 1 minute too late so we had to pay for another year of something we used for 2 weeks...lousy customer service and policy. Never again will I use it.

It is trash, used to be an amazing app till they made literally the basic studying options paid. Why I don’t know. Probably for the money, but honestly you are losing money cuz you jsut lost me and so many other users who used your app constantly.
