The agent lied to me on the fees, increased the closing cost significantly on the day of closin and threatened to cancel the closing on the day of closing. I had so much time and amount vested that I couldn’t cancel the closing and had to pay the extra $$ fees.

I couldn’t ask for better service. The Melia and Bocelli Team of Quontic go above and beyond the duties of a mortgage team. I was so happy when I closed on my home. I highly recommend this team to anyone in need of a loan.

Process was made simple, correspondence and questions were answered adequately and promptly . Agents were very respectful, knowledgeable and made the process from applying to closing an ease.
