Отказался от Бандерольки на этапе банальной регистрации личного кабинета. Были сложности в регистрации, техподдержка ну очень тяжко работает. По три дня ответы (возможно забывают о тебе, не знаю, не буду врать) Подумал, если будут проблемы с посылкой и такие сложности с поддержкой, лучше уж в другом месте совершать покупки. Лучшею техподдержку встречал только в VK. Ответы оператора не более 15 минут! Я был очень удивлен. Сложный вопрос (передача прав сообщества по предъявленным мной документам, как руководителя), решился в течении дня, вот как то так.
