Performance is noticeably better

The RaceChip is amazing and has far exceeded my expectations! My BMW X3M Competition's overall performance, power, acceleration, and shifting has been greatly improved! I plan to install a RaceChip in every vehicle I own from now on!

Purchased this for my son's 2016 Veloster Turbo this Christmas. It was a simple installation and the end results far exceeded my expectations. Truth be told it's now scary fast.

All and all the product works well. It was triggering a check engine light but I emailed support and Tobias was quick to respond and sent me an updated tune and all has been great sense.

Overall good experience. Product was shipped quickly and arrived quickly as well. Unfortunately for me the car I bought it for was a little more involved for the installation than I was willing to tackle on a new 150k dollar car. Communication for installation instructions was slow but being in the US and they in Germany there is a good excuse. Installation instructions came in email as well before the product arrived but was not vehicle specific. Same with what was in the box. Would buy again for different car. Still waiting on refund so this may change my review if I don’t have a good experience there.

I bought the race chip for my veloster turbo and 100% love it!! Shipping time was fantastic, with it coming from Germany to PA in just a few days. The packing was fantastic and the install was super easy. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, they even include a little guide booklet with tips on how to remove differnt kinds of connectors. Very pleased with this product.

The product is good, I am pleased with performance, however, Customer Service is horrible. Pictures of my vehicles engine were sent via email ahead of the product iteslf, it showed A,B & C connectors, but had no instructions, just pictures, when the product arrived with the installation instructions it only showed pictures and instructions on connecting A & B with no mention of C. I emailed RaceChip support and they merely sent more pictures of my engine, but this time it was for the wrong engine and still no mention of connector C. I had to look at online Forums and finally found one where they were speaking of the same issue I had, I followed what they said and connected C, I have had no issues and the performance increase is good. I suggest they hire people that can answer questions and send instructions that are complete.
