Product can't be used as charging cords…
Product can't be used as charging cords provided with Jump Starter will not go into charging port. Have requested refund several times but customer service is not being helpful. Filing complaint with Better Business Bureau.

Wrong item shipped
Wrong item shipped. Many fairytales from the liars at customer service. Credit card dispute filed. Items returned. Waiting for a full refund from this terrible company. Watch for more reviews.

Purchased a ceiling fan
Purchased a ceiling fan. Didn't work and they wouldn't refund for item or allow me to return it. JUNK, JUNK, JUNK. Will never purchase from them again.
