I'm a 1st time customer of RackUpGo. Had the product I wanted in stock and at a great price. Delivery was FAST and EASY.

I'm not sure what impressed me more, their customer service or their prices. Seriously, check these guys out before you make your next purchase. They will not disappoint you.

good value for the money, good communication and fast shipping

I would highly recommend them. I had questions - they were answered promptly. I thought it was good customer service. I ordered an "open box" product and it was in perfect condition with all parts included. Definitely will come back to the site and see what they have availalbe.

Good price and fast delivery. My only complaint is about the shipping company. They never called to inform me of the delivery time and just dumped the crate at the curb and left. RackUp+Go requires a damage inspection of the crate and contents before the truck leaves. Obviously, I did not have the opportunity to do this. Fortunately, there was no damage.
