Everything sold separately.
It is ridiculous and insulting that you sell the towers and adapters for this rack without also packaging the crossbars. Realizing that I needed to spend an additional $300 on a part that the rack cannot function without was maddening. I know that Yakima is the main culprit here for designing their product so EVERYTHING is sold separately, but it would be easy for you as a distributor to package it correctly.

Andrew, per our response to your chat, the crossbars are sold separately because they come in different lengths. You need to select the length that is correct for your vehicle, so it’s not possible to package it together as you suggest. In addition, we list this information in three separate and clear places on the product page to avoid this kind of confusion. We sell a lot of these racks, and this is the first issue we’ve had with it, so after our review, we have determined that the current setup is sufficient. Thank you for your feedback.

Got an open box item that I was a…
Got an open box item that I was a little nervous about getting because it was a 1000.00. I actually got cold feet and canceled the order . They refined my money right away. I was so impressed with the customer service I decided to repurchase the item. When it came in just as described. I’m so glad I changed my mind , and saved a bunch of money . The item I got was almost 1500.00 unopened .

"Customer service is my friend"
I was trying to place my order and I wasn't doing anything right I mistakenly ordered three different items none of witch was correct. On line chat guy had to cancel my order three times and finally find me the correct item number. He saved my day. Thanks Again 5 Star Customer Service

Open Box Kuat Piston Pro X Purchase
I ordered an open box bike rack so I was a bit worried about the condition of the rack once I received it. RackUp shipped it the same day I ordered it and both the box and the rack arrived in great condition. The box had an area that was taped up (hence the open box?) but other than that, I don't think the rack was ever out of the box. All the original packaging was intact. A huge thanks to RackUp for their awesome pricing and expedited free shipping! The icing on the cake was one of the owners, Zac, reached out to me after a couple days to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Absolutely DO NOT HESITATE to order from these guys.
