The customer care is great

Everything is fine except the customer support. The customer support is so trashy, they never reply left me on seen two times. The first they just answered about the pricing, then when I asked about how to do it, they left me on seen, the second time was when I cancelled the order but it still deducted my RO Coins, I asked about it, even send a screenshot to help them better understand my problem, but they still left me on seen. I seriously don't like the customer support, put a nice guy on it. Apart from that I guess it's just fine.

Have been purchasing top-up for few weeks and my experience is great till now ... Best thing about this site store is they delivery fast...wish there were more than 5 star rating....🫀
