Selling fake goods that you wait ages for. Totally dodgy. Avoid

Ordered 2 items on 1st December, only 1 item received on 13th December (and just the 1 item listed on the delivery note), yet still charged for both! Have tried ringing, emailed them twice and filled in the online customer service request. No response!

I have reached out to customer service to check on my order of November 22nd 2024 but the emails bounced back. I then contacted the company on their main website asking for a full refund but have heard nothing up until December 17th nor have I received the football shirt and have now contacted my bank . I would not buy off this company if I knew what I know now and would give a minus star rating if it had been possible.

Rapid Athletic’s return policy is a joke. I tried to return an item that didn’t fit, but they only offered store credit instead of a refund. Now I’m stuck with a credit I don’t want. Won’t be shopping here again.

Customer service is practically non-existent. I reached out multiple times to check the status of my order, but no one responded. I still haven’t heard back, and I’m beyond frustrated. Rapid Athletic needs to improve their customer support.

Great company and awesome hockey gear, don't mistake them with the UK based business with the same name!
