The company no longer exists and lifetime members have been ripped off
I can no longer access my account or the workouts for the women's program called Baddies. The site is up, RapidPhysique.com aka BasementBeast but there are no other products being sold like they used to have like supplements and clothing. The contact us tab goes to Zen Desk which states that the company, Rapid Physique, is no longer using there services. I've sent multiple emails beginning 2.5 weeks ago with no response from the 2 email addresses that I have. Plain and simple the company no longer exists and anyone who paid for lifetime memberships have been ripped off.

Honour Your Agreement
I am still waiting on your reply to my messages & emails. If you continue to ignore my communications I will be forced to contact ‘Consumer Rights’ & my bank ‘Santander’. You offered me a full refund on my order on 11 October 2023. Please honour your agreement. Thank you. PJ Peter Parker

Upon the delivery of the initial package we sent to you, you informed us that you received a hot chocolate mix instead of the ordered items. We would like to clarify that our warehouse does not stock or dispatch any hot chocolate mix. Nevertheless, we prioritized your concern and promptly dispatched your order again to the UK at no additional cost. When you received the second package, you reported a similar discrepancy. For better clarity, we requested you to share details of the received item. You subsequently provided an image of two pouches of "Ruby Hot Chocolate Drink Mix" from Costa LTD, a UK-based manufacturer. It's important to note that our warehouse is located in Denver, Colorado, and all our products are manufactured in the United States. We do not stock or distribute the aforementioned "Ruby Hot Chocolate Drink Mix" nor do we have any association with the UK's Costa brand. Given these circumstances, we advise you to report this matter to your local authorities as there might be interference with your mail deliveries locally.

Response time
Well I signed up 24 hours ago and I'm still waiting for log in details so I can get started. Hope this site is legit.

Hi Richard - thank you for brining this to our attention. I took a look at your account. It appears that your @outlook email address is blocking our emails - this happens from time to time. We sent you your login details at 8:41pm on the 16th, which bounced. Our system then resent them again at 8:45pm - leading to another delivery failure. I've asked my customer service team to reach out to you from our gmail account - please keep an eye out for an email from us.

Meal plan nightmare
Meal plan received at last after 25 days. Now charged again for another plan I did not authorize. Please issue a refund.

The provider you use for your @cytanet.com email is blocking our emails to you - we have since reached out to you via another email and you have responded to us. Please update your review as it is not correct.

They start with a low price then there…
They start with a low price then there are so many add ons that you have to buy for the program it’s ridiculous. Only buy the program if you are ready to spend 4-5x what they tell you will cost initially.

Honestly, disappointed and feeling somewhat misunderstood and thus ripped off...!
Honestly, I specifically told you way in the beginning that I am 73 years old, I have PAH (Pulmonary Arterial Hyprtonia... I run out of breath rather quickly, and have to wait a bit to regain my breath), I am somewhat obese (weight is 97 kilos, I am 172 centimeters tall)... and based on these facts I wanted you to tailor make a workout for me that is slow and easy for me to do and could be several months long instead of just 4 short intense weeks. And in an email one of your beast colleagues told me not to worry, this program is perfect for me! Well, it's not perfect!! It's a great program for your average flabby guy but not for me in my condition... So I respectfully ask you to please refund my payment. I just can not use this way too intensive program for myself in my current condition. Thank you. Dr. Kemeny Robert

Hello Dr Robert - thank you for bringing this to my attention. Although I do my best to offer alternative exercises and timing to make the program suitable for most, I understand that I cannot appeal to everyone. There are a few beasts in their 70s and 80s doing the program, which is why my customer success team thought you may enjoy the program. That being said, I will continue to work with my customer success team on providing more accurate guidance based on your feedback. Of course, we will refund you right away. I hope you find a program more suitable for you. Thanks, Fabian

Looks like a scam
Hi everyone. Very convincing video introduction on Facebook. Paid the USD 37 and my card is debited but no information from Basement Beast team, no program, nothing. Looks like a scan. Have instructed the card company to get me a refund !
