I ordered 100 feet of 2 in. manilla rope for a deck rail project, ordering was quick and easy, 3 days later it was sitting in my driveway. This is the way internet ordering is supposed to be. Thanks for the quick service !!

The time between the order date 04/23, and delivery date 05/12, was 14 days, excluding the weekends when we are closed. We would appreciate you taking the time to update this review accordingly. We checked our records and do not find any communication from you prior to leaving this negative review. It clearly states on the product page there may be up to a 30-day lead time on all deluxe gourd rack combo kit orders. The order was placed on April 23rd. Per the listed wait time the product will ship by May 23rd. Note that these kits are made to order.
