I had amazing help from Victor at chat support who also provided sketches of the design. It was shipped promptly and in a lot of packaging supplies to secure the key from damage. It was a HUGE hit at the xmas party and everyone was taking photos of the key and was impressed with how well it turned out and how it was made. I would highly recommend ordering one.

Dina and Mike were outstanding partners on the wooden maps our company ordered as Christmas “thank you” gifts for our customers. They made the entire process straightforward, provided thoughtful customization for each client, and maintained clear, timely communication from start to finish. The maps themselves are beautifully crafted. We received numerous compliments, and several customers shared that they have displayed them prominently in their stores for all to see. The pieces draw the eye, invite a closer look, and, with our logo included, also help highlight our company’s brand. Their wooden maps are high‑quality keepsakes that will be appreciated for years to come—carefully packaged, elegantly framed, and even accompanied by a personalized card for each recipient. Both my manager and the owner were extremely impressed with the quality of these gifts. Dina and Mike delivered an exceptional product and experience, and truly helped us shine with our customers.

It arrived damaged. Not sure I’d want to use it in its condition. The letters were peeling off, so unsure of its quality and doesn’t seem built to last. However, the process to order it was great and they were prompt in their response to have it built and ordered.
