I’ve had Really for a few months now…
I’ve had Really for a few months now and have been pleased with the service so far. Set up was super easy and either the chat bot or team answers my questions right away. Solving problems on the other hand is a problem. My phone was stolen, St. Louis, Missouri or STL = Snakes, Thieves & Liars, so I had to purchase another with a separate number than the first so I could track the first one. After two more phones were purchased with new numbers I eventually started using the first number on one of the phones I purchased shutting down one of the new numbers and keeping one. Well on my customer dashboard it shows I only have one active number but I’m paying for two, which I actually have. Two weeks have gone by and no one can seem to get my second number listed on my account dashboard. Another thing that has me questioning the security of information is their insurance partner. They actually want 24/7 live locations on the phones they insure. How is it that they can claim to not track their customers when the insurance company has the location of the phones they insure, and from what I understand won’t share that info with the owner of the phone but will share it with the authorities. Sounds like they work with the police whether you report your phone stolen or not. The only ones who must be transparent are the customers. They are right, they don’t keep any information but their affiliate companies who handle billing and insurance do. Oh snap.
