Not sure where there have been so many negative reviews? Yes the site is closing at the end of this month but I have been offered automatic membership to a new app that does the same. They have told me to cash my coins in before closure at the end of September, have been rewarded over £60 for uploading my receipts over the past three years.

This used to be a decent reliable receipt app. I've been using it for at least 5 years. Of late their communication is terrible with no response for weeks at a time. Too many receipts are processed incorrectly with wrong reward, wrong store name .just one example; a pharmacy receipt twice processed as INVALID. I took the correct action to have it corrected never heard back. When they actually respond always with an excuse.

Wasted time doing this app as it’s now no longer in use and such a short time before the app closes down completely, that I won’t be able to use the coins I’ve spent time getting.

They accept receits and next time they refuse. Make up your mind. Very disappointed with them.

Received an email today saying they were changing and no longer accepting UK members, unfair as we are missing out on our points. Deleted the app. You would think they would let us cash in our points even if not the full amount. Totally unfair. Never was a favourite of mine so will not be missed!

I would give it zero stars if I could, after over a year of uploading receipts I was finally cashed in my points for a gift card in which I NEVER received. Don't waste your time. Not worth it at all. No one from the company ever contacted me. Big SCAM

Don’t waste your time, takes forever to cash out customer service dire, one particular shop I use every day which is one of there listed shops is hit and miss if it gives you points, out of your last 30 I have received points for 5 the rest have said shop not valid even though shop title appears the same, no joy with almost an automated customer service response. Shoppix is far better
