The first time I ordered the wrong product was shipped. Had to pay $6 to return and replace the item even though it was their mistake Second time around the AirPod replacement that arrived worked great though

So far not a very good experience. The Beats Studio bud i oredered did not work. The response of customer services to exchange the bud was quick and easy but I have to pay extra money for the replacement bud that to is equal to de defective. Still waiting for the replacement ear bud. I will update my review when I receive it and test it.

the shipping process didn’t give enough follow through but it got here on time and my product the airpods are working just fine they seem legit a little sketched out since they didn’t come in their original apple box just came alone with the “pairing instructions” but overall ok

They have great customer service. There was a quick response to the questions I had regarding returning a defective item. Unfortunately, the item I purchased, AirPods, did not work properly. There was crackling through the headphones on the other end that made it difficult for callers to understand what I was saying. I wasn't able to return because I was out of the return window. This was my only purchase made from the company, and it will be my last. The item was supposed to be in excellent condition- the audio issues would make it fair, at most. I did have the option to replace. I'm hoping the second pair is better, and I'm satisfied that I'm not being left with a bad pair of AirPods.

Galaxy Right Earbud Replacement -Difficulty pairing earbuds. l followed instruction steps and to unpair and delete Galaxy Wearable app multiple times. I finally paired on March 1st.
