A USPS label was created and the item didnt ship until a week later AFTER I called to complain about it.
Response from Recoverychip· Oct 28, 2025
Your order shipped 10/21 the same day it was ordered. USPS did not scan the label but did transit the package. Tracking shows it will arrive Saturday November 1.

I have been a customer for over 10 years - By far the best selection of sobriety coins. - Great prices & fast delivery. They are so many variations to choose from. This is my "Go To" for all my sobriety gifts for myself & for gifts for my friends in the fellowship - 5 Stars all the way. Thank you - Xoxo Susan

Medallions are very nice with quick delivery. Decent prices for nice chips compared to other sites. They didn’t arrive all at once, which was confusing, but the seller responded promptly when I inquired about that. Would definitely use again!

Thank you so much for your kind review, Jessica! We're thrilled to hear you're happy with the medallions and found our prices competitive. We apologize for the confusion with the split delivery - we truly appreciate your patience and are glad we could clarify that quickly for you. We look forward to serving you again!
