Product order was correct and arrived in a timely manner.

Not our best online purchase experience. We paid a little more for the products we needed because they were on backorder from our regular supplier and Redding said they had them in stock. After the order was placed and paid for, I was contacted by Redding who was very apologetic, but said their stock was on backorder too. When they finally returned to stock, we only received 1 of the 2 we ordered. I again had to speak to customer service, who promptly FedEx'ed me the missing component. Again, not a horrible experience, but could do better.
