After making the purchase
After making the purchase, I realized I had purchased the item for a pediatric stethoscope instead of an adult. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and efficient. The product had not yet left the warehouse so the items were exchanged and no delay in shipment!

Needed to replace the tubing...
Needed to replace the tubing on my daughters stethoscope. Tubing was brown with copper colored ear pieces. Redding was the only place I could find it. Shipping was fast and it was an exact replacement. Perfect.
