Placing the order and navigating the website was a breeze. However, there were a couple of things I did not like. For one, it would be great if the additional shipping fee situation is added before checkout. I did not like that I was contacted to make an additional payment of $28. Secondly, the packaging can sure be better. It looked like no effort was put into making it look pretty and presentable. Finally, on the website I saw the stethoscope for about $115. But in the receipt I received upon delivery, it wrote that the stethoscope was $98. I don't understand why the discrepancy of over $17 exists.

I got that product in 2 days. I was thinking maybe in a week. It was amazing. Excellent customer service.

Website layout is poor,

Equipment needed is in stock. Prices are very competitive with all other supplies. Shipping was very fast and packaging was excellent.

I needed to replace parts on my stethoscope. I ordered the parts on 10/7 and they were in my mailbox on 10/8! Can't get any faster service than that!
