I ordered two times, I received the first order (the pain cream bundle) but did not receive the second order. The order I received was order # 1464; the order I did not receive was order # 1465 (pain cream). You did get the payment for the second order.

I have osteoarthritis in right thumb and wrist. I have no strength and a lot of pain. The cream is applied two to three times a day. It has done very little to relieve the pain.

It must be very frustrating and depressing on top of the physical limitations it presents. I am very sorry also to hear that the Redeem product you ordered did not meet your expectations. The topical cream is designed to locally treat your pain, but perhaps with a CBD oil tincture, taken orally, dealing systematically with the inflammation will yield more positive results. I have only used this twice so far. I have another cbd cream from Medterra that I have been using. It’s 750mg. I wanted to use it up first. But when I did use it I felt it worked pretty good. I have bone in bone knees and sciatic nerve issues so I am in a lot of pain daily. Both creams ease my pain up some. But yo be fair I will try to use your cream in a regular basis to give you a better review.

I bought a bottle of the bacon Flavored Hemp Extract for my dog and she LOVES it. I have tried many other brands that she wasn't too fond of, and she gets excited to take it! She's 15 years old and it has helped significantly with her mobility and comfort.
