I purchased the advent calendar on launch day. The good items were Really good and useful, but the bad ones were unpleasant. I hope that next year those less enjoyable items will be replaced with better selections to further improve the overall offering. What really stood out to me was their amazing customer service—they consistently go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy with their purchases. I also love that this is a family-owned local business, always willing to help and dedicated to giving their best. Supporting them feels great

The packaging was beautiful on the calendars however the gifts were lackluster and cheap! The quick promotions that expired quickly and were small were insulting. I was very disappointed with these items (especially since they were purchased as gifts!)
