The editors were thorough and knowledgeable about procedures to not only correct the material but to better bring out the ideas.

I paid over 6k. Your company has taken on to much!! My book is beautiful and the person that illustrated off of my drawings was amazing. Your communication is horrible and why is it always someone new that talks to me? I am a business man and have seen it many times. The Bible says money is the root of all evil!!

Dear Carey, I am the Publisher here at Redemption Press and I am so sorry you feel so angry over the way you believe we have treated you after receiving such a beautiful book. As I looked through the email threads I see an email that went to you on January 11 explaining that we have not yet received a W9 from you. If we do not have that on file, we cannot send out monthly payments. That is an IRS rule so we must abide by it. That email also explained that our annual royalties are paid out in May, but again we would still need that W9. One other point on communication mentioned in that email is that our bookkeeping department has called on several occasions (as well as emailed) and never received a call back. Our team is spread across the country and different employees handle different areas. This is our 10th year in business and we have an incredible team of believers who serve our authors well. I'm sorry you didn't seem to experience that. We would be happy to try to call you again to resolve your concerns, if you will allow us to do so.

Love working with Redemption Press. They truly are there to support not only their authors but all writers successfully express their voice and the message God has given them. They assist in publishing authors work and navigating the process from start to finish. In addition they have educational programs and workshops that provide critical information and experiential learning to better equip writers to be successful. I recommend this publishing company and the team who embrace all their authors as friends and family!

The folks at Redemption Press were extremely easy to work with. They went the extra mile to ensure that my project was completed in a time-sensitive way, and gave suggestions on how I could accomplish my goals when all seemed lost. Their system of completing rewrites was simple to use, and their editors gave me great ideas on how to improve my book. As a first-time author, all of their help was very much needed and appreciated. They were patient, caring, prayerful, and helpful. Can't say enough good about this team of experts!

It has been a pleasure and a blessing working with Redemption Press. I never knew how to take my writing to the next level. Redemption Press has helped me to do just that, with author coaching, editing, illustrations, etc. Now I’ve had a lifetime dream become a reality, and I’ve published my first book with Redemption Press.
