Janet and Melissa at RefillRx Connect have been super helpful with our website - especially in the COVID times! The customer service is top notch, FAST and friendly!

Great and prompt customer service. I get a knowledgeable person every time I call or reach out.

We can't say enough good things about the staff at RefillRx. Our pharmacy has had the opportunity to work with them for years and the customer service and support is the best. There are not many companies that you can call and talk to the same staff each time. They know you by name and when you call any problems or questions are resolved quickly and efficiently. Any company would be lucky to have this team working with you! Courtnee Russ

The RefillRx Connect team has always been prompt and responsive to all of our questions. We've worked with them for over 12 years and have never had a complaint.

I always get prompt and excellent service when I reach out to RefillRxConnect.

Always willing to work with my staff and I to help incorporate new content on our current site especially now that the pharmacy is offering near point of care testing programs and COVID vaccine scheduling. Melissa and Janet are always quick to respond to our multiple requests.
