From the beginning, I was getting that "scammy" feeling. I placed my order, the "doctor" approved it the next day, then it was "sent to the pharmacy" where it has been for 1-1/2 weeks now. Their support is ridiculously slow to respond. They say it will take 3-5 days to process... then I get frustrated and threaten to dispute the charge, then they say their "partner" pharmacy will ship on Monday, and yet it still shows the same status. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL, I have a feeling if I ever receive the product, it is likely some cheap formulation anyway, I wouldn't be at all surprised.

I switched to Refills.com after using another provider for several months. Refills.com has not only been more affordable, my shipments arrive in a much more timely manner. The ordering process was simple and customer service has been excellent. I definitely recommend.

Most horrific customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Took Fed EX a week to deliver which meant the medication was hot and not usable. I’ve called, sent messages through the portal to refills.com for another week asking for them to open a claim w Fed Ex and resend my medication. I’ve had 1 response a week ago saying they would get back to me when they were resending. It is insane. At this point, I just want my money back.

I've been with Refills.com since Oct 2025. I was on Reddit researching Telehealth companies since I found out my insurance company wouldn't pay for mounjaro. After a month of research and talking to other people not associated WITH the company, and One person that was WITH the company, I decided to take a leap of faith and purchase 6 months of compounded TIRZ... The BEST decision I've ever made! The intake was so easy...the whole process was very easy! My first order was easy and the pharmacy got my order to me the very next day! I put my trust in Refills and I couldn't be happier!! Go to their Reddit page and you'll be well taken care of! Taylor with Refills is the BEST and will go way above and beyond to help you!

Terrible.... I placed an order on March 2nd and I have been lied to over and over about the status of my order. One person says one thing another person says another. Do not trust this company. Can't even call them it goes to a voicemail and they DO NOT return your call. BUYER BEWARE
