Let me start off saying that when it comes to custom packaging and boxes, I am a complete idiot. I have zero experience with it. I've never had to order anything like custom boxes before. Needless to say, I was extremely overwhelmed by the thought of having to design and order custom boxes for my beard care products. I actually found out about Refine Packaging from ChatGPT. I use it a lot for my business and when I asked it who I should order custom boxes from, Refine was one of the two it gave me. I reached out to both and eventually decided to go with Refine because of the gentleman who emailed me back, Max Hillen, one of their Sales Representatives. Like I said, I was extremely overwhelmed and nervous. I didn't know the first thing about creating, designing, or ordering anything like this. And I told Max that. A few emails later I had a design complete and we were talking about checking proofs and having an actual physical sample box sent to me in the mail. I'm not even joking, it was that easy. All because of Max. I sent him my idea, a mockup I had ChatGPT create for me, sent him my artwork and the dimensions I needed and boom, Max had it all designed for me. Got my sample box in the mail, and about cried. It was beautiful. Gold foil lettering on a black box. Colorful graffiti art on the INSIDE of every box, not the outside, the inside. I was blown away. The box looks just like something you'd find in a high end retail shop. And it's all mine. My own custom made, beautiful, nothing like it, beard oil box. Max made this one of the easiest things I've ever done. He was super responsive, answered emails the same day or the very next day, always did what he said he would, was honest, helpful, kind, caring — Max was just freakin awesome! If anyone reading this is thinking about Refine Packaging for custom boxes, quit thinking! They have found a way to make something that should be difficult and overwhelming seem like a piece of cake. And they care. Refine Packaging, thank you! Max, you freakin rock man!

Brian and the team at Refine Packaging did an outstanding job on our custom Kona Skin Care boxes. Brian was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He was patient with revisions, communicated well, and made sure every detail was right. The finished boxes exceeded my expectations. The quality is excellent, the colors are beautiful, and the final product looks exactly the way we envisioned. Brian truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.

David was very communicative from the very beginning and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Thanks to his proactive follow-ups and quick responses, we were able to meet a very tight deadline. The boxes were delivered ahead of schedule, so we were extremely happy with the service. The boxes are good quality. Only a few had slight color variations, but they included extra boxes to make up for it, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!
