ReflexMD doctors and staff have been great, and have lost weight since I started using the prescription in March. My only worry is that the medication arrives from UPS warm to the touch. This was not the case for my first two months of supply, only the last two deliveries. The coolant has already melted. Customer service has let me know that I should not be concerned, and I take their word for it so I have. Otherwise, I would rate it a "5".

The website is not very useful as far as keeping my order status updated. But my biggest concern is I was only a few days away from using my last dose of Semaglutide and I had to contact the company to try to determine the next steps. I am still unclear if I am going to need to contact them to ensure my supply of Semaglutide will not be depleted before my next shipment. Also, I received a dosing schedule from the doctor, which indicated I needed to increase my dose by 10 units every month. Yet when I received my second month’s medication, the dose remained the same. According to the doctor’s instructions, I should be taking 20 units each week now, but again I received the medication and instructions to take 10 units each week. On a good note, the customer service agents are helpful when you speak to them.

The product is fine. I just do not seem to be getting emails about auto shipments, or receipts when I pay.

Believe the negative reviews here. I'll add that my medications arrived very warm. They were packed in a styrofoam container that may have contained dry ice? But what I received was hot and soggy.

It was a terrible experience. Now I’m stuck with a product I don’t want and can’t return. I’ve asked for a return label to send it back and they won’t provide one.
