Seemed great out of the gate
Seemed great out of the gate, but activity stopped after about a month, and could not get an explanation why. Not great communication!

Cases are submitted on a slow pace to comply with Amazon TOS - RefundsManager is always looking out for more cases to submit. The amount of cases we find also depends on a clients account size. Mostly okay...
For the most part the service provided by Refunds Manager is good. But I find that the 25% they take is quite high. Furthermore, please be aware that they also take 25% for goods that were misplaced by Amazon and then found. For that part it seems quite pointless since Amazon eventually locates these products anyway. What we do now is make sure we track what we can without the help of Refunds Manager and only leave the rest to them. If they took a lower percentage then we would just let them do all the work without worrying about the cost.

We are always on top of our reimbursements and in case Amazon reverses anything we always credit back our clients the amount reversed Thanks for continuing to use our service

Works well, but expensive
I trust the process, and after a year, I can verify that it works. It is just very expensive, and there are much cheaper alternatives.
