Jeffer provided the information I was looking for on a pillow in our first Chat conversation and I placed an order on 7-20-26. I hadn't received any shipping Email updates and sent a request today and Jeffer again assisted. He sent me the Shipping information right away and it's arriving today. Great work and response time!!

Advertised as Universal but would not work on temperpedic bed. Won’t accept return of brand new item. This company is stealing from the ill and disabled. Do not do business with this company! Spread the word!
