She has a psychology background and expertise in anxiety which really helps me to grow from being anxiously-attached to more securely-attached in not only romantic relationships, but all relationships! I feel like I’m talking to a trusting friend! No interrogation, judging or anything that makes me uncomfortable that would happen in some therapies. Highly recommended. :)
