As soon as I signed up, I realized I made a mistake. Wherever I click leads to a page asking me to sign up for a subscription. I signed p under the impression that I'll then be able to access the advertised jobs. Nope. Not a chance. Everything lead to that subscription page. That's when I started panicking a bit because I submitted my resume to this website while signing up (an option for it pops up as you sign up), and now I'm seeing some worrying signs, so I'm worried about where my resume data ends up. I found the account deletion link. Guess what it leads to? Subscription page. I thought I'd check my account, hoping there's an account removal option there. Instead, I ended up again in a subscription page again. I emailed them to delete my account a few days ago and there hasn't been a response so far.

Hello, We sincerely apologize for any confusion and frustration you’ve encountered. We want to take this opportunity to offer further clarification and enhance your experience. After you active a subscription, the system would allow you access to all our features the mentioned subscription includes. We sincerely apologize for your recent experience, that's not the customer service we strive to provide. To provide you with the support you need, please look for a message from Trustpilot asking for your account information. We want to ensure you receive exceptional customer service, as we are committed to turning your opinion around. Thank you for your understanding and your valuable time, Remote.co Customer Service Team.
