Returns
The book itself was fine and in great condition as promised...but the problem was that I could not cancel my order not even 10 minutes after I had placed it in error. Customer service was unable to help me.

Shipping was a rip off!
I paid for expedited shipping, and it still took a week for me to get my books. I'll never rent from here again.
