book is as described, upgrade to 2days shipping worth it every penny

this was a very painless process to order the book & the time I received it was impeccable. I am not too sure about how to send it back, as I don't see a mailing label that they advised would be emailed, but I have no worries that customer service will be able to assist me with that.

The shipping and the condition of the textbook got here on time and undamaged. The access code worked without any issues as well. I would buy from here again!

Needs improvement overall. Customers should be able to track their orders while they are on the way. Email replies should be delivered more promptly, and there should be an option to contact the company by other means such as phone.

I had the wrong books send to me but they were very quick to fix the problem. They send me my books overnight with no extra cost and were very polite and helpful. Defenetaly using them againg next quarter.
