False shipping info.
Paid for expedited shipping and haven't received my book within the time frame. Not happy with that especially since I paid for the faster shipping and the website said 3-5 business days. It's the 6th day and still haven't got the book.

Hello - Your order was shipped on 01/22/2016 via UPS Ground which normally takes 3-5 business days. Your order delivered on 02/01/2016 which was the 6th business day. I have refunded the shipping charge. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to post back to your account.

First time user
This was my first experience renting from you. Thus far, it has been a great experience. I will rate again once I return the book.

Paid for fast shipping for one book got the other one faster.
I ordered three books, I paid fast shipping for one of them because I needed it faster and regular shipping for the other two. I received one book, which I paid regular shipping, way before I received the one I paid fast shipping for.

Hello - Our records show that your items shipped from different locations on 01/21/2016. One book was received on 01/25/2016 (2 business days) while the other two were received on 01/28/2016 (5 business days). Expedited items normally arrive within 3-5 business days, which does exclude weekends and holidays. All items were received within the delivery estimate.
