Some things should be improved. I was put on hold for 20 or more minutes which isn't acceptable.

Took them about 2 weeks to find me a tenant. Although this is what they also advertise, I was hoping this process to be quicker.

Easy to use platform. I can't think of anything more simple than how they have everything set-up. Plug and play service basically.
