Renue refuses to take responsibility for an extremely late arrival. As a result, I did not received my order which I paid over 200$. Update-Oct 18th. Respond to Renue. Here is your chance to fix the problem. Order was over 10 days late (it was suppose to arrive Oct 6th). I am no longer at that address and i did not receive my order. Simple fact- you are responsible for delivering my order on time. Order was placed on Sept 30th and when I left on October 14th it still has not arrived yet. If you are sincere about resolving this issue. Please give me a different answer this time instead of just blaming the shipper.
