They finished the job earlier than I expected. They were supposed to start in June and I was very happy that I got my project done a few weeks early.

I had RenuKrete redo my pool deck and patio. the installation went very well. The problem has been with service. I filled out the service request form and asked to speak to someone. No one has contacted me from the service department. The only response has been a request to purchase a service. I will not pay for a service I have not received. I have tried to contact the office on April 20 but never get to speak to a person, it always goes to voicemail. I submitted a support form on Apr 20 as well. I emailed Linda on May 11. My installation was at 229 Sunset Rd. Pompton Plains in September of 2022. I ALREADY DID try to contact your support team thru the support form. NO ONE has contacted me. Please either call me or give me a phone number that will be answered by a human

Thank you for updating your review and providing additional information. We sincerely apologize if you feel your request has not been addressed appropriately. At this time, we do not have any record of an unresolved service matter requiring follow-up, but we would certainly like the opportunity to review your concerns directly with you. Because we assist hundreds of customers each year, we do not manage customer service matters through public review platforms, and for privacy reasons we also avoid discussing specific project details publicly. Please contact our support team directly so we can properly review your file and determine how best to assist you. We are always willing to work with customers when concerns are brought to our attention. Thank you.

Excellent! Very pricey but an excellent product. Crew was professional and detail oriented. Very thorough and consciensius! Overall more economical than demolition and installation of slate deck.

We were planning a year in advance a total renovation of our back yard. From the moment I contacted RENUCRETE and spoke to Linda she guided me through every step of the process and what would transpire. The communication was fantastic from start to finish! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and crew that came to our home! They crew arrived and from start to finish every step they advanced was explained to my husband and myself thoroughly. The crew guided us through the process when they were doing the coloring and gave us options and good advice for our project. Once we open our pool..I will post pictures of their work. Excellent job and I would recommend to hire them in a minute! Thank you RENUCRETE for the excellent job and service.

om the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the RenuKrete team displayed exceptional professionalism and superior workmanship. As someone who spent 48 years in the construction industry, I have seen the full spectrum of project execution--from poor installations to excellent ones. I can say with confidence that RenuKrete is at the absolute top of the list. Workmanship: They transformed our 25-year-old pool deck, making it look brand new. Professionalism: The crew was consistently respectful of both my property and my time. Seamless Logistics: The scheduling and payment processes were straightforward and highly efficient. I highly recommend RenuKrete to anyone looking for a remarkable transformation handled by true professionals. Kudos to the entire team for a superb job! Steve T. Walpole MA.
