These are excellent replacement lenses. I’ve used them before but this time around I had an issue with the delivery, the package was lost. The representative, Pedro, kept up with communications through email and was able to send me a replacement. Email is the way to go with this company, don’t bother trying to call them.

I have ordered replacement arms for my RayBan vision glasses, the order arrived in a reasonable amount of time, throughout which I have received prompt replies and assistance to my questions sent by email. The arms arrived in good condition and are a perfect fit. As an advice, when you order check carefully the frame code and specific size.

1st the good. If you need authentic Ray Ban lenses they sell them. Now the bad. Their shipping is extremely slow. They say 15- 21 business days but it’s more like 30 business days. The last 2 times I’ve had to ask about my order when the allotted 21 business days have passed my order seems to magically ship out the same day as I ask about it. Not one but both times. The last one was during the Christmas season. The one before was not. They told me that the frames have to be heated in order to get the lenses to fit. My response is I took them to a very well established optometrist and they tried with 5 different optometrist to get them in without any luck. Every lens that went into an acetate frame has been cut too big. So it’s useless and with the poor shipping times to receive and return it’s not worth the hassle. I’ve received wayfarer and nomad ray ban lenses that were too big. Before you ask yes I ordered the right size and double checked. Now if you are replacing lenses in frames that require loosening a couple of screws I will definitely recommend this company. If you have to put them in plastic frames. I can only tell you my experience. Finally they told me I should have contacted them first before I made this review. Perhaps I should have. But my reasoning was on their contact page there is no email to write them. Only a phone number which is only answered from 10AM to 1PM and then 6PM to 10PM. What time zone ??? Well sorry I’m sleeping in the morning and working at night. Also I own several wayfarer style sunglasses and sometimes I like to switch out lenses. I can do this without too much difficulty I’m not an optometrist but I am not a rookie either. I just can’t get their lenses to fit in my frame. Update after replacement lenses made it clear they wouldn’t compromise or work with me. I found a way to order straight from Luxottica from which I ordered another pair of lenses. I received them shipped from Italy in less than a week. So ADIOS to this company!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate your detailed review and are sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered. Regarding shipping delays, we acknowledge that the Black Friday period and holiday season can overwhelm carriers like USPS, leading to longer delivery times. For faster delivery, we do offer UPS shipping, which delivers within 1–2 business days. As for the lenses, we assure you that all our products are sourced directly from Luxottica, the owner of Ray-Ban, and we do not use defective or reject lenses. Models like Wayfarer and Nomad have thicker acetate frames and glass lenses, which can make installation more challenging because they require a pressure fit. In contrast, models like Clubmaster and Aviator do not rely on pressure for lens installation, which makes their replacement process simpler. We also provide installation tutorial videos on our website to assist with the process. We’re committed to resolving any concerns and encourage you to reach out to our customer service team for further assistance. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’re here to ensure your satisfaction. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. 🕶️✨📦

I got laser eye surgery and no longer needed px lenses in my sunglasses. My new blue mirror lenses look great in my old Ray Bans. Very easy to pop in and get a new look.

4.5 of 5 - It was nice to be able to find these temples available as my frames are a couple years old and still in good condition, other than the temples which deteriorated. Price was around $100 CAN once duties were paid so a little pricey but nice that they were available. The package took about three weeks to come and was exactly as described. Some fiddling was required to align the tiny holes and fit the screws in - one aligned quickly the other took about 20+ minutes to align and get the screw tightened. A test of patience and finger dexterity! It would have been nice to get some new screws with the temples as they are very small screws and not simple to find, so be careful taking them out and don't strip your original screws (once you find the tiniest of screw drivers).

Thank you, Jamie, for your thoughtful and detailed review! 😊 We're glad we could provide the temples for your frames and that they arrived as described, even though it took a bit longer to receive them. We appreciate your patience and determination with the installation—tiny screws can certainly test dexterity! We also value your suggestion about including new screws with the temples, and we’ll consider adding this option to improve the experience for future customers. Thank you for sharing your feedback and for choosing us. If you need further assistance or have more questions, feel free to reach out. Enjoy your refreshed frames! 🕶️✨📦
