Not the best this time due to unusually…
Not the best this time due to unusually long processing time, strained communication, and I wish the gradient-tinted lenses had more tint.

Gradient tinted lenses typically do take much longer to process as the tinting process is done by hand and each lens takes tint differently. Great glasses
My new glasses are fine. I was disappointed that it took a month to receive them.

I think they did a really good job but…
I think they did a really good job but to me it was a little bit more pricey after I done research and I'm all about saving money. So next time I will use my alternative because I can save the money. But they do a good job tho

Long processing time
Once they were finally received they are fine, but it took from 12/19/23 when the order was placed to arrive on 1/8/24. Nearly 30 days.

Glad that you carried the frames I wanted.
I'm really happy knowing that I could find these frames. Just upset at myself when I found out that the office that filled my lenses sold the frames for $20 cheaper.....could've saved $40!🤷🏾‍♂️

The new glasses look and feel great, at a great price.
It looks like the quality of there work is ok, but they are so rude, never ever ask the customer service people for a update or status of your order, they are very over sensitive, and will take it personally. I hope someone Reply from Replacement Lens Express, like they did most reviews..

Good Company, Could Use Some Improving
Horrendous experience. I've used them for several years now, and they almost always seem to get something wrong with my orders, but this time they were beyond incompetent. I sent in three pairs of glasses to be relensed with new prescriptions and they got one one of it right. I had to resend the other two frames three times because they either got the wrong tint or forgot to put the AR coating. Now I just received my two frames and while the tint is correct and they have AR coating, one of my frames is damaged with a crack at the nose piece. Absolutely unacceptable. EDIT: the owner of the company contacted me regarding these issues and offered to help me resolve them. I've compared RLE to other companies and can confirm that RLE does have the lowest prices and largest selection of lens products. I will continue to use them in the future, hopefully with little to no problems.
