Took a few Weeks to arrive and not much in the way of updates. The hooks are As described and I like them

The delivery was far slower than I expected. However, I am happy with the product itself.

Shipping took a very long time. Notifications and tracking were inaccurate. Item was not as expected but still of decent quality. The leather was thinner than expected and I’m worried that the snap will tear loose if not opened carefully. I ordered the item on or about 6/15/26. Item finally arrived 7/1/26.

It's very cute but took way to long to get it.

No instructions on how to use the equipment Packaging could be better as couriers in my country dint give a f××k about handling so the contents were messed up when I opened the container Perhaps better packaging and fragile stickers on the package

iT TOOK A VERY LONG TIME TO RECEIVE AND WHEN RECEIVED THE ZIPPER IS BROKEN. PRODUCT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE WHAT I ORDERED ALSO.

I was very happy with the delivery details but I notice the files don't seemed to last long like file.

I don't recall receiving any notifications regarding the delivery process. I was totally surprised when my order was delivered. Even the delivery was a surprise, as there was not even a knock on our door. I just found the product on the floor just outside our doorway. The product itself is very impressive and keeps a low temperature for just over 12 hours. But I do wish the thermometer could be switched to either F or C.
