This company is awful. It was less than 24 hours until my flight, and they gave me my tickets at the very last second after I called them and asked all morning.I am a wreck! So nerve-racking to get your tickets last minute. I do not recommend using this agency. I will never use them again. In addition, I found the Customer Service to be condescending and rude.

Reservation Club was absolutely horrible!!! I believe the employees know they are screwing people and families over but they don’t care because they’re on commission. I bought two way tickets for me, my husband and our four kids. When I bought the tickets I specifically asked them if we would be on standby and they promised me that we were on the flight and not to worry. I would have NEVER had my four kids on stand by. They sent us boarding passes and we got all the way through security and to the gate before the airline told us our tickets had been canceled. I had to take my kids home until we actually got a flight on the 6th. On the way home was even worse. I had to drag my four kids through the airport again only to be denied again. I had to uber everyone there a hotel and didn’t actually get other boarding passes until 10am when we were supposed to catch 12:30 flight!! We ran through the airport again only to be denied at the gate. This time claiming fraud. They found another and were denied for the third time! I then gave up and paid$3400 to get my family home. We got home at 4:00am on Saturday morning. Two days after we were supposed to be home. It was absolutely horrific. I want to tell the world how horrible Reservation Club really is.

I have been in houston, caring for my 88 year young mother after shoulder replacement surgery. I have had to change my return flight to Florida several times since this recovery journey began 2 months ago. Bruce Wilson has been a blessing multiple times with his compassion and overwhelming kindness in accommodating my needs! This has been quite difficult at times for both my mother and myself and Bruce, bless his heart, was one of the brightest lights for us. You have a rock star employee in Mr. Wilson .... treat him as well as he treats your customers .... you will have great success! Thank you again, Bruce ... you will forever be in my prayers! They are great. They deliver on time and precise. I can trust their services especially Jason who attended to me.

Bruce Wilson was excellent. He helped me find a flight last minute and give me options for a flight that literally departed with an hours of our phone call. I had a lot of stress over the situation and Bruce did a fantastic job of Ing the process.

PLEASEEEE DONT BOOK WITH THEM THEY CANCELED MY FLIGHT 20 minutes before AND TOLD me pretty much good luck

They issue my ticket 2hours before the flight so I have to take different flights at a later time. Never buy the to ticket from them . Cannot be trusted
