Complete scam! Booked a hotel for what I thought was £67 but was then charged a £48 service charge. Still battling to get my money back. Don't go anywhere near it!

This is basically a fraudulent website. I was charged without validating at my bank. I have cancelled the booking immediately, but they kept 2/3 of the amount of the booking. I wrote 2 emails directly and never received a response. I have also intended an action to my bank

Avoid room rate for ibis Birmingham stated 53 pounds. Paid on credit card got charged 83..90 plus nearly 10 pounds other charges. They do not resond to messages. Have been trying to sort with bank. Fraudulent activity.

Be careful people, I hate to say it, only write positive reviews, but I booked a hotel on this website, my confirmation email told me I was paying 4 times the price of my initial plan, they took the money from me within minutes and I haven't heard back from them since.

False advertising, not declaring extra fees being added on till after process payment, then no way to get refund . Avoid this company at all costs

Same thing happened to me. I was charged 280.57USD & a fee of 18.15USD. You already charged us much & still your getting us a fee too.Your reeping us off.. return our money.

Booked 2 nights in a hotel, for £77 per night. Thought I was booking direct with the hotel, only to find that the confirmation email was in usa dollars and I'd been charged extra fees. Total charged was £240 instead of £144. Be very careful when you think your booking direct with a hotel, that it's not a 3rd party. Learning curve.

Advertised a discounted today only price for a hotel booking, which seemed reasonable. It was not stated that it was in US dollars until the booking went through and confirmation email was sent outlining US dollars. Plus credit card was charged an extra amount for a booking fee on top of the room making it far more expensive than other online room rates. Do not deal with them. Avoid them.
