The whole process was very professional an on point. The response time was excellent and I'm very happy with the finished product.

After struggling to get answers back from the company for a month after completing my impressions I decided to complain on Facebook. I received an answer immediately and was able to complete the process. Other than that the product was as described. If they can get their customer service issues resolved they would be a great company.

Where to start? Ordering was super easy, the impression kit came in and there were detailed instructions and videos to refer to. Submitting my photos was also easy and were approved within 48 hours. The suggested timeline was accurate and I received my device within 2 weeks of them receiving my impressions. I can’t describe how excited I was to receive it; I couldn’t wait to open the package before leaving the post office! I was surprised by how small the device was and I was almost uncertain how it could possibly fit. As soon as got home, I followed the instructions to put the device on. In just moments, I had a full smile! The device fit perfect! The tooth was a spot on match in color and size. It is comfortable and you barely realize it’s there. I will have a complete & huge smile on my wedding day! My fiancé just placed her order to have 2 teeth replaced. Both of us will be getting implants but not in time for the wedding, so we are incredibly excited!

The devise was small and the fit is incredible. It was much easier than I thought it would be making the impressions. I also expected that it would take awhile to get used this in my mouth, it didn't. I'm ready glad I did this. I highly recommend this if you're missing teeth.
