Good product and timely delivery

Ordering and delivery went great, the battery switch works perfect, my truck sits idle for long periods of time and this switch saves the life in my battery

Item took ages to arrive. Top handle was broken the first time we tried to use it and can't be screwed on. The plastic thread just doesn't work. The tweezers are pretty stupid, and how are you supposed to know they are there anyway.

The dinosaur blanket on the website showed the heads of the dinosaurs raised from the rest of the blanket. The website showed children playing with the raised dinosaur heads. The blanket I received is a flat piece of material. I could have gone to the fabric store, bought material and made a one dimensional blanket myself!!! No what I was lead to believe what I would receive. Will never order from you again and I will inform my friends to stay away from your products and company. HOW CAN I RETURN FOR FULL AND IMMEDIATE REFUND???? Marie O'Brien

On time delivery and product arrived in great shape.

Product did not work. Followed the instructions per the bottle. Repeated it numerous times, used up everything I purchased, and the kitchen sink remains plugged.
