Excellent & efficent

I am pleased that both of my properties have been transferred out of my name however the communication to keep me updated from Resort Closings was very poor. The first communication asking me for documents was immediately followed by an email telling me to ignore the previous email. After one month I emailed Resort Closings and we got the miscommunication cleared up. I knew that this process would take several months so I waited 3 months before contacting RC again. My emails were responded to by the next business day. My frustration is that I initiated all communications. Finally after 9 months and calling the company I originally contracted with, I was told that the second property had been transferred out of my name.

Thank you very much for making this process so easy. Was a bit skeptical after the Hurricane happened but was very happy to hear via email and phone call that I no longer have to worry about the time share its out of my name. Yipee!!!!!!

The process is simple. The people I dealt with were ever so kind and helpful. They kept me informed of the process which was handled in a timely fashion.

I was really pleased with how the Resort Closing went. I was updated at all times as the transition was being made. I was surprised it went as fast as it did but I was glad. Timeshare was a nightmare with the maintenance costs going higher and higher. Thank the Good Lord and Resort Closing that I am free of all of this now. Would highly recommend this team to anyone who is thinking of getting out of their Timeshare.
